Ingredients
  

  • 4 tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 cucumber sliced into half-moons
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 8 oz feta cheese cut into blocks or crumbled
  • ΒΌ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and green bell pepper.
  • Add the Kalamata olives and feta cheese to the bowl.
  • In a small bowl or a jar with a lid, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine, ensuring all the ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
