- 4 tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1 cucumber sliced into half-moons
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 8 oz feta cheese cut into blocks or crumbled
- ΒΌ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt to taste

In a large salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and green bell pepper.
